I am in love with this salad!

  • 2 cups romaine hearts

  •  2tomatoes

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 1 pickle

  • 1 small red onion

  • 1 hard-boiled egg

  • 5.5 ounces (160g) tuna

  • 6 olives

  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Shred romaine hearts, cut tomatoes into large slices, and cut cucumbers and onions into rounds.

Arrange vegetables attractively on a plate.

Mix the dressing ingredients well and pour over vegetables.

Arrange four chunks of tuna and two egg halves around the edge of the plate, and put olives on top of vegetables.
