I am in love with this salad!

Honey mustard salmon
  • 7 ounces (200g) of salmon or chicken breast

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation Method

  • Defrost the fish or chicken in the refrigerator.
  • In a deep dish, mix the dressing ingredients.
  • Marinate the fish or chicken for 20 minutes.
  • While it’s marinating, heat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Remove the fish or chicken from the marinade and place it on a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
