I am in love with this salad!

Maya’s salad
  • 3 cups vegetables (you may use a pre-washed bag of lettuce, carrots, cabbage, and arugula)

  • 4 mushrooms, sliced

  • 5 walnut halves, unroasted

  • 10 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 fresh basil leaves sliced into thin ribbons

  • Dash of coarsely ground pepper

Preparation Method

  • Mix the dressing ingredients in a cup.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad.
  • Mix well and add walnuts.
